Barcelona Aquarium

The Barcelona Aquarium is Europe's second largest aquarium.  Situated at Port Vell between the Maremagnum shopping mall and the Imax theatre, the aquarium has some 21 glass tanks.

Visitors can walk through an glass-enclosed underwater tunnel that is surrounded by sharks, eels and other marine creatures.
