At the foot of Las Ramblas, near the Barcelona harbor, is a huge monument
that was constructed
in honor of Christopher Columbus. Columbus returned to Barcelona after
his historic trip to North America. Visitors can climb to the top of
the monument to enjoy a spectacular view of Barcelona.
